The trip
I did this year with Dean Nicholas and it was a highlight of my year. We're doing it again and would love to have you join if interested. #RefillTrip is built on a simple idea: you can't serve your community, work, or family long-term if your cup is empty. This trip is your space to rest and recharge. This particular trip is for men only. What would fill your cup today? Sitting on the beach? World-class food? An ATV adventure? Whatever you choose, it's included. Nap all day, surf all day, hike to a waterfall, zipline through the jungle, book a massage — yes to all of it. Just show up and rest how you rest. They'll handle the rest.A peek at the trip
